A Typical Day at Caterpillars
Although we do like to be spontaneous at Caterpillars, we do follow a general structure to the school day.
Of course, this is flexible and does depend on events and circumstances.
| 9:30 | Registration and circle time |
| 9:45 | Montessori work cycle (French lessons on Mondays) |

The outdoor area is available during this time for small groups to access. Snack Area - an area for children to prepare a healthy snack is available during the morning session. |

| 11:30 | Planet Sport (once a week*) |
| 12:00 | Circle time - Story/music/yoga |
| 12:30 | Home time for morning children |
| 12:35 | Lunch time and arrival of afternoon children |
| 1:00 | Free play in classroom or outside |
| 1:30 | Montessori work cycle (French lessons on Wednesdays) |

* Planet sport (www.planetsport.co.uk) is a Physical education program which we provide at Caterpillars for half termly courses on one morning a week, rotating from Wednesdays to Thursdays and then to Fridays.
