Funded places
We offer funded places where parents can access their funded hours without any additional charges.
Many families, however, still choose our Enhanced Provision package, which offers excellent value and convenience.
Our Enhanced Provision package includes extracurricular activities with specialised teachers, including Yoga, Spanish and Sports.
It also includes freshly prepared, nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks, as well as essential items such as nappies, wipes, and sun cream, along with access to an online Parent Portal for regular updates on your child. This ensures children enjoy a consistent, high-quality experience while making things easier for busy parents.
Government funding covers core care hours, but excludes meals, nappies, extra hours, and extracurricular activities. Government funding is not intended to cover the full cost of childcare.
All 3 and 4-year-old children are eligible for 15 hours per week of Early Years Funding for six terms beginning the term after their third birthday.
For children aged 9 months to 4 years. Eligible working families can apply for 30 hours of childcare for 38 weeks a year, to use from the term after their child turns 9 months until they reach school age.

Additional support is available for families in England who get extra support, like those on Universal Credit or children with an Education, Health, and Care Plan.
For eligible working parents who can get a £2 top-up for every £8 towards the cost of their childcare.
Payment

Invoices are issued termly before the start of each term.

Payment must be received by the due date on the invoice.

An interest fee is charged for late payments.

Fees can be paid monthly.

Fees can be paid using childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare. More information about tax-free childcare is on the Gov UK website.

No deduction in fees or refund is given due to holiday or illness.
Notice Period
If your child has to leave our Pre-School:

Please give written notice to us at least one full and continuous term in advance, and before the start of the preceding term. For example, if your child will leave in the summer term, we need to receive your written notice before the start of the spring term.

Any time outside of a full and continuous term will not be considered or included as part of the notice period.

If notice is given on or after the first day of a new term, we will charge a full term’s fees in lieu of notice.

We require half a term's notice to reduce sessions unless there are exceptional circumstances..
